Cancellation and Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering excellent service and appreciate your understanding of the importance of planning and preparation. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time are non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to find a replacement for your booking.

  • No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full fee being retained.

2. Illness or Emergency

  • If you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please inform us as soon as possible.

  • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the event start time. Rescheduling or credit may be offered at our discretion, based on availability.

3. Refunds

  • Non-refundable Payments: Payments are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the service as agreed due to circumstances within our control.

  • Refund Exceptions: Refunds may be issued only if required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g., in cases where services are not delivered as promised).

4. Cancellations or Changes by Us

  • If we must cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • We will provide as much notice as possible in these instances
